How to place order from Trendy Gifts Collection

  

STEP 1 : PLACE YOUR ORDER

Please email us your order to trendygiftscollection@gmail.com

Please provide the following details:

1. Your Name
2. Contact No.
3. Delivery Address.
4. Item Code + Quantity

STEP 2 : ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will email you the order confirmation & total payable amount including postage fee.

All shipment by Poslaju for first 0.5kg:-

• Peninsular Malaysia – RM6.00
• Sarawak – RM8.60
• Sabah – RM9.30

Peninsular Malaysia - FREE shipment with purchase RM80 & above

Sabah / Sarawak – FREE shipment with purchase RM100 & above

Note: All items will be reserved for 3 working days only. We reserve the rights to released your reserved item to another customer if we do not received payment within 3 working days from order confirmation date.

STEP 3 : PAYMENT

Payment method: CIMB Clicks / Internet GIRO Transfer / Cash Deposit

Once you have transfer the payment, please email us the bank receipt copy (scanned file or print screen) for our reference.

STEP 4 : DELIVERY

All in-stock items will be delivered within 3 workings day after payment is received.

If item is not in stock, it will usually take 7 to 10 working days for delivery.

All good purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Each piece of product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch.
